How do I arrange for a family member to move in?
The process begins with a phone call or a visit to the home. We will arrange a meeting to understand the individual's background and care needs, and from there develop a personalised care plan. Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward, and our team will guide your family at every step. Most families find the transition takes one to two weeks to arrange comfortably.
Are family members able to visit frequently?
Yes. We operate generous visiting hours and genuinely encourage family participation. Relatives are welcome to join communal meals, take part in scheduled activities, or simply spend quiet time with their loved one in a private room or our garden areas. We believe family presence contributes meaningfully to a resident's sense of wellbeing.
What is included in the monthly fee for Residential Stay?
The monthly fee of ฿28,000 covers accommodation in a private or semi-private room, all meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry, personal care assistance, medication management, and access to social programmes and gentle exercise sessions. Costs for specialist medical consultations or specific external services would be discussed separately during the care planning process.
Is Respite Care available for short notice requests?
We do our best to accommodate families who need a short-term arrangement with limited notice. Subject to room availability, we can often welcome a respite resident within a few days of initial contact. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so we have adequate time to prepare a care plan and ensure a comfortable transition.
What happens if a resident's care needs change over time?
Care needs naturally evolve, and our team monitors this carefully. If a resident's support requirements increase, we adjust their care plan in discussion with the family. Residents who would benefit from our Memory Care programme can transition within the home, maintaining familiar surroundings and relationships with staff they already know.
